Quality and Environmental Management System Policy

TP Transcription Limited will provide customers with a high level of service that conforms to all applicable requirements.

To help us achieve our Quality and Environmental Management System Policy we are committed to implementing a Quality and Environmental Management system. At all times Top Management will provide support to the Quality and Environmental Management System.

We will ensure that we:

  • Are focused on requirement and customer compliance, reducing waste, risks and preventing pollution
  • Comply with applicable legal requirements that relate to our environmental aspects and service delivery activities
  • Regularly review the performance of our Quality and Environmental Management Systems and set objectives that help us to continually improve.

We believe that it is essential that our Quality and Environmental Policy is communicated, understood and applied throughout the company.

Our company has employed an integrated management system to ensure we are compliant with the requirements of ISO9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO14001:2015 (Environmental Management System) & ISO27001:2017 (Information Security Management System).
